I recently decided to switch companies because I was tired of the poor service I'd been receiving from my previous company. RR Irrigation was great! I was able to make an appointment, and then a technician called me when he was on his way over. He turned on my system and ended up fixing a couple of things too. My system is working great now, and the process was so simple and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. So happy I switched!

Follow-up: the company re-scheduled my appointment at a convenient time for me and they completed the service. They offered reimbursement for my troubles, which I appreciated. I have used them for sprinkler start up and winterization for a couple of years now and More than once, they have not shown up or show up in a different time window than my scheduled appointment. No phone call and no one available by phone on a Saturday to discuss. And you have to pay ahead! So I can’t even give my business to someone else without losing money now! Poor customer service. Not using them next year.

I used this company to bury my gutter leaders and route them away from the house. I worked with Dan, and it was awesome from start to finish. He was in touch with me about everything at all times, did exactly what we needed for proper drainage, and gave us tips and suggestions to consider. It's hard to find people that do good work and are reasonable in price, and RR Irrigation and Dan exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Very weird company. My existing irrigation company sold their irrigation business to these guys. I called them today and they refused to set up an appointment, they will absolutely not schedule me until I sign up a contract with them. I don’t know anything about these guys. Why would anyone start by signing a contract with a new to them company??? My first contact with them was very negative, in spite of being patient.

I needed to install an lawn sprinkler system on my rather large property. I also wanted the ability to water all of my landscaping/shrubs and flowers with ease. I called RR Irrigation who promptly came to my home and provided a fair estimate. They were responsive to all of my questions and phone calls and I'm very happy with my lawn sprinklers. I've worked with them for the past 2 years and everything is still running great. They come out to winterize the system every year and also prepare it for the spring.

It is truly a pleasure coming home from work to find out that you got MORE than you expected from a contractor. The employees were careful and conscientious. RR Irrigation put in a sprinkler system for our front yard and did an excellent job. From the first call, to the estimate, to the installation, Dan our sales rep, was very responsive. The estimate was very competitive and would highly recommend reaching out. The installation was professional, put in with care and neatly done with little damage to the existing lawn, which was a plus. The crew was excellent and accommodating to any requests. They answered all my questions and helped set up the control panel and made sure I understood how to work it before they left. Very happy with our decision to use RR Irrigation and will use them again when our backyard is finished and ready for installation. Highly recommended!

RR Irrigation put in a sprinkler system for our home and did an excellent job. From the initial call for an estimate they were responsive and priced competitively. Extremely happy with the system and the care and professionalism with which it was put in. The crew was neat and happy to answer questions and within two weeks could not even tell any work was done on the property. They were patient and took the time to set and explain the system panel before leaving. Very happy with our decision to use RR Irrigation.
